CCD
ELSYS prefers the photosensitive charge coupled devices (CCD) that are produced by GUP NPP Electron" in the development and the use of their systems. The different types of the fulfillment these devices include:
- Thermoelectric cooling;
- Fiber-optic plate with any coefficient of transforming;
- Quartz or sapphire input window;
- Silicon wafer or crystal.
Our photosensitive devices work in the rather wide spectral range (from X-ray to infrared), can have various numbers of pixels (from 1 to 3.000.000) and various square.
It is possible to combine CCD and any semiconductive optical devices with other devices, for instance, with image intensified, vacuum tubes, fiber -optical details etc.
